Getting Started…
Taking the first step can feel like a big decision, especially when you’re not sure what to expect.
The process is simple and designed to help you understand what’s going on for your child, with no pressure or obligation to continue.
My process…
Send an enquiry
You can either book a free 30-minute call or send a short message to share your concerns. This is simply a chance to talk things through and see whether this approach feels right for your child.
During the call, we’ll explore what you’ve been noticing and what may be contributing to those difficulties. I’ll explain how primitive reflexes can impact learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, and give you a clearer understanding of what might be happening beneath the surface.
You’ll come away with a better sense of what could be at the root of your child’s challenges, and what the next steps might look like if you decide to go ahead.
then
If you decide to go ahead following our call or our email correspondence, we begin with a detailed consultation.
This includes your child’s history, current challenges and a broader look at their development, behaviour and day-to-day difficulties.
then
In-person assessment and home programme
Your child will attend an in-person assessment, which helps build a clearer picture of what may be contributing to their difficulties.
From this, a personalised home programme is created to support their development.
Ongoing support and reviews
Children are usually reviewed every 6 to 8 weeks, with most programmes lasting between 12 and 18 months.
This allows progress to be monitored and the programme adjusted as your child develops.

then
You don’t need to know what type of therapy your child needs before getting in touch…
…that’s something we work through together.
Whether you’re just starting to have concerns or already have a diagnosis, this first step is simply about understanding what might be going on and what support could look like.
Book a free 30-minute call or send a short enquiry to talk through your concerns.
If you’d prefer to explore things in your own time, you can complete the screening questionnaire below.
This can help you reflect on what you’re noticing and whether this approach may be relevant for your child.
(This is optional and doesn’t replace a consultation, but can be a helpful starting point.)
If you’ve answered yes to 7 or more of these questions, there’s a strong indication that this approach may be relevant for you or your child.
You may find it helpful to explore this further through a conversation, where we can look more closely at what’s going on and whether support would be beneficial. I will be in touch with you anyway after receiving the questionnaire so you can decide how to proceed then!
